Shipping & Returns

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales on are final.  If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at  We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.  We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

If you purchased a Lickyboy piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies.  We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

All sale items (includes "flash sale" items) and custom orders are FINAL SALE. They may not be exchanged, returned or price adjusted.

For domestic shipments, you will be contacted by e-mail with a FEDEX tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. Expedited orders must be received by 12pm PST to ship out the same day.

Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client. Please note that all international orders will be considered FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.


We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.
An adult signature is required for all orders unless otherwise requested.


If you are purchasing within Mexico, a 16% IVA will be added at checkout.
